Refund Policy

No refunds
Once you register for the Vistai Execution Workshop, no refund will be initiated. All workshop fees are final.
Scope
This policy applies only to the Vistai Execution Workshop and cohort fees paid through this Workshop Site (including Cohort 1 at ₹269 founding fare). It does not change refund rules for other Vistai products unless those products state otherwise.
Why fees are final
Cohort seats, live session capacity, community access, and included materials are reserved when you register. Because of that operational commitment, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or chargebacks as a substitute for cancellation.
Missed sessions
Missing one or more live sessions does not create a right to a refund. Class recordings are provided so you can catch up if you cannot attend. Plan your schedule before joining.
Payment issues
If a payment fails, is duplicated by error, or you believe there was a technical billing mistake, contact Support or support@vistai.site promptly so we can review the transaction. Resolving a payment error is not the same as a discretionary refund for change of mind or non-attendance.
