These Terms govern your use of the Vistai Execution Workshop site and enrollment in workshop cohorts. By registering, you agree to these Terms.

The workshop

Cohort 1 is a live, cohort-based program (8 sessions over 4 weeks). Schedule, format, and included materials may be updated to improve delivery. Founding fare for Cohort 1 is ₹269 (one-time).

Eligibility

You must provide accurate registration details. Live sessions follow the published schedule (or as communicated to enrolled members). If you cannot attend a live class, session recordings will be made available to enrolled members.

Conduct

You agree to participate respectfully in live sessions and community channels. We may remove access for harassment, spam, or abuse without refund.

Payments

Fees are due as described on the Pricing page. See our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

Workshop materials, session recordings, templates, and branding remain Vistai property. Personal licenses for included tools (e.g. Vistai Pro for the stated period) follow their own product terms.

Liability

The workshop is educational. Results depend on your participation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vistai is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from enrollment or use of the Workshop Site.
